Situated on a cycling route next to 60 acres of forest, The Chocolate Suite is an oasis of calm that’s only 7 minutes away from beautiful Sandbanks Provincial Park. It’s next to our family home, but entirely private. The suite contains a full kitchen, enclosed porch, two bedrooms, with queen beds, 20″ wide rammed earth walls and triple-glazed windows. You will have absolute peace & quiet unless you choose to open the windows to a chorus of songbirds and frogs echoing from the pond at the back of the property.
The 3-season porch is yours to enjoy, perfect for coffee or yoga in the morning, drinks & snacks in the evening, or firefly-watching at night.

Cozy, Healthy & Sustainable
All building materials have been thoughtfully chosen, from the rammed earth walls formed out of local subsoil, to the birch ply interior walls, and Swedish Marmoleum flooring made of wood dust, resin and linseed oil. Cocoon in bedding that’s been crafted in Portugal using OEKO-TEX® certified cottons and linen. Towels have been spun from certified Egyptian cotton. Shower and hand soaps are sourced locally from a small-batch producer of luxuriously restorative botanicals.
The healthy materials we’ve used are supported by a high-efficiency air filtration system that removes dusts, pollens, and other microscopic particles from the air. If you’re looking for a healthy and peaceful living space, this is it.
